CLARENCE FU, Partner

Clarence has over 20 years’ experience in financial and corporate communications. He is a trusted senior communications advisor and has a strong track record in building and protecting corporate reputations from both in-house and consultancy perspectives. He has advised on investor relations, communications for capital market transactions (including IPOs, M&As, privatisations and bankruptcy), crisis management, sustainability and litigation communications.

Prior to his transition to the consultancy side of communications, Clarence spent over a decade in senior communications positions with companies listed on the Singapore Exchange, NYSE and Nasdaq. He was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Starhill Global REIT; Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Frasers Centrepoint Trust; Director of Investor Relations at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing; and Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Raffles Holdings Limited.
Clarence has been an adjunct faculty member at the Singapore Management University since 2014. He holds an MBA from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, USA. Clarence is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore.
